Voluntary participation
Recording, family sharing and any possible future representations require distinct consent choices. Family payment or administrator status does not automatically authorize access to private testimony.
Original testimony and AI
Original recordings and transcripts are distinct from generated summaries. AI can make mistakes. Documented memories retain sources; uncertain details are not confirmed facts.
Data and processing
Interviews may involve personal information, audio, transcripts, consents and sourced memories. The controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients and international transfers must be defined in the final policy.
Retention, export and deletion
Retention periods, rights-request procedures, deletion and commercial export terms require legal review. A bounded portable ZIP includes authorized verified original audio and structured text. It refuses more than 16 MiB of audio or 1,000 rows per category. Downloaded copies cannot be revoked. Perpetual storage is not promised.
Public forms and remaining requirements
Early-access and institutional inquiry forms do not send or save requests. Partner applications store name, email, profile URL, audience information and promotion plans for human review, with tracking and commissions inactive. Cookie and hosting-related processing disclosures remain to be completed. Independent verification of narrator identity is a launch requirement.
