Disclosure & creative approval
When an affiliate relationship is active, disclose it clearly beside the recommendation: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Use “Ad” or “Sponsored” where appropriate. Disclosure must be conspicuous, not buried in a profile or footer.
Major creatives require prior human approval. Misleading claims can lead to immediate suspension and a recorded correction. Follow applicable FTC endorsement requirements; these guidelines are not a substitute for legal review.
Draft commercial terms
Eligible sales, attribution, voluntary activation, validation delays, refunds, fraud, cancellations and payout method remain to be agreed. The proposed 20% first-period commission or fixed activation amount is not active. No lifetime recurring commission.
